Your health comes first

NoSkip is a game, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before you start if you have a health condition, are pregnant or haven’t exercised in a while. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Clear the space around you before you play. You exercise at your own risk.

Your account

You need a NoSkip account to play; the same account works in the app and on noskip.app. An account is for one person, who is at least 13 (under 15, with a parent’s consent). Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. Names and handles must not impersonate anyone or be offensive; we may change or remove them.

Play fair

No bots, scripts, spoofed data, scraping, reverse engineering or attacks on the service. We may reset scores, remove players from leagues, withhold league chests or suspend accounts that cheat.

Coins and purchases

Coins are a virtual currency used in the game: they cover missed days and unlock items. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged, transferred or refunded, except where the law or Apple’s rules say otherwise. Purchases are made through Apple under the App Store terms, and refunds are requested from Apple. Coins are digital content delivered immediately: by buying them you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once they’re credited.

Free coins: a bonus level’s staked coin comes back only if the level is finished within the hour. Invites pay 5 coins to each side once, when the new player finishes a first workout, up to 10 rewarded invites a month; accounts made up to farm them get nothing and may be closed.

Your content, our content

Your name, handle, avatar and progress stay yours; you let us show them in the app and on noskip.app as described in the Privacy policy. The app, Sou, the artwork and the website belong to Ugitech SAS; use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The service

We work hard to keep NoSkip running but can’t promise it will always be available or bug-free. Features may change. If we ever retire something you paid for, we’ll give notice first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ugitech SAS is not liable for indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that can’t be excluded under French law.

Ending

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after warning you when possible.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law; if you’re a consumer in the EU you keep the protections of your country’s law. If something goes wrong, write to noskip@noskip.app first and we’ll try to fix it together. If we can’t, and after writing to us, you can refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator SAS Médiation Solution (sasmediationsolution-conso.fr), as provided by articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
